- Monitoring of financial costs of investment projects and their cash flow.
- Monitoring of matter and price accuracy and completness of pricing documents and invoices and their correspondence.
- Systematic amendment of documentation for realisation and its evidence.
- Monitoring and management of time relations and their evaluation and proposal of possible actions to take.
- Management of project changes. Approvals of amendments and project changes according to investor’s requirements which do not increase the cost of the construction object or operation complex, do not prolong the construction period and do not worsen the paramentres of the development.
- Providing information to the client about all important circumstances related to the development.
- Handover of prepared parts of construction in accordance with subcontractors contracts for their successive activities.
- Cooperation with clients’s staff and architect’s staff performing author’s supervision of coherence of works and deliveries with the project.
- Management of takeover of completed Works.
- Management of introduction into operation and presence at the testing operation.
- Reporting according to investor’s requirements.
