Project management and controlling

Our main activity is project system of management and monitoring of projects which correspond with requiremenets and practices of the experienced investors.

  • Representing the investor in negotiations about property rights with land owners.
  • Negiotiating the conditions of investment development with ingineering services managers as well as with other interested parties.
  • Negotiating with representatives of state administration and local authorities.
  • Arrangement of land audit elaboration on the level of geological wells /or information from geological fund/.
  • Assignment for environmental study and its coordination.
  • Feasibility studies of the project and investment plans.
  • Price calculations and estimations based on our own experiences and knowledge of the market.
  • Administration of overview of investment project elaboration stages.
  • Administration of all data related to the investment project including electronic archivation.
  • Project management on technical, time, quality and financial level.
  • Arrangement of elaboration of project documentation of all stages, mostly the documentation for planning permit, building permit, executive projects, as built documentation.
  • Arrangement of engineering activity during the process of obtaining permits related to the development (EIA, Planning permit, Building permit, Occupancy permit).
  • Preparation, analysis, management and evaluation of transparent tenders based on the needs and requirements of the client.
  • Management and coordination of individual suppliers during project realisation.
  • Supervising and management of client appointed staff for realisation of the investment project.
  • Supervision of construction.
  • Regular reporting to the investor, management of inspection days, recording of inspection days results in written form including photographs etc.
  • Transparent statement of accounts of the development based on international standards.
  • Legal consulting at concluding of contracts with subcontractors.
  • Selection of location based on analysis principles and SWOT analysis.

Organisation of retail areas leases

  • legal consulting during the process of concluding of lease contracts with tenants,
  • lease mediation,
  • consulting at lease price calculation as well as marketing strategies,
  • consulting in field of preparation of investments and retail in general.

Elaboration of business and financial plans

  • Consulting services in field of business plans related to either help the client with elaboration of his/her business plan or complex elaboration of business plan and financial plan by the consultant,
