Description of activity: This is the site of the construction of civil amenities classified as sheltered housing. This corresponds to the operational and layout design. Based on the assignment and requirements of the builder, it is considered that the clients in this facility will be persons capable of living independently within a joint group, ie they will be clients who do not need regular assistance, supervision, medical care, etc. The main element of the solved proposal are four sheltered housing buildings designed in the form of family houses. This form is in harmony with the surrounding development, which consists mainly of family houses. The objects are designed on a rectangular floor plan with a cut in one gable of the object to free up space, relax and orient the views. The roof structure is designed as a gable with sheet metal covering and local additions with roofing foil and photovoltaic panels (objects A and C). The objects are designed on the same shape principle, but each object has a different arrangement of construction openings and will differ in color design, e.g. in the design of the window frame, etc.
