Today, 27.7.2016, the representatives of KAMI PROFIT, s.r.o. took over the cnstructionsite from the developer/investor of HomeBox Nitra, s.r.o., as a result of which the construction of the Retail Center “B”, which will be a part of the Retail Park Mlynárce in Nitra on Bratislava Street, was officially launched. KAMI PROFIT, s.r.o. consequently became the general contractor of this project, which will result in with the construction of 2,920 m2 of flexible modern rental space. Future tenants will be able to take advantage of the synergy of specialized stores, showrooms, and studios with a focus on home furnishings and equipment that are located in a close proximity. Additionally, there will also be 62 parking spaces.
The new building is designed as a stand-alone one-storey object of a rectangular ground plan, based on pilots. The supporting structure is made of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton, the peripheral skeleton is designed from horizontal sandwich panels. The object will be linked to all engineering networks.
