Activity description: Insulation of the building envelope and related work: necessary replacement of windows, including the old original aluminum windows from ’86. External window shading with blinds. Also replacement of plumbing and locksmith elements and exterior window sills associated with additional insulation. Replacement of tiles on the balconies and their rain gutters. Proposal for a new recovery. New electrical installation related to recuperation, new photovoltaic panels integrated into the electrical network and replacement of old lamps with new ones. Addition of a new floor on the 4th floor. The primary goal is to increase energy efficiency and save operating costs, as well as increase capacity.
