Description of work: New construction of a pavilion in the grounds of the Senior Home in Vrchlabí. It is a new building located in close proximity to the existing building. The proposed building is an object for the provision of social services with a special regime, ensuring 24-hour care. The new pavilion has a total capacity of 34 beds, of which 20 beds will be for the psychiatric ward and 14 for clients with dementia.
