We started with the reconstruction “KOŽATEX-in” for the company Wüstenrot. This is a complete renovation and modernization of the original buildings on the street Grosslingova 62 in Bratislava.

Construction: “Reconstruction of an office building”
The former Kožatexu Grosslingova the street. 62 is part of the heavily built-up areas alley block streets Grosslingova, Dostoevsky and 29 series August in the central city of Bratislava on the main traffic urban radial.
According to surviving documents, it is estimated that the object was put into use in 1958. Other construction work took place in 1989 – extension 6 NP with an elevator and elevator shaft on the roof of the building in 1996 – renovated including boiler technology.
Wüstenrot bought the building in 2009.
Given the need to enlarge the space for its own purposes has awarded a requirement to carry out a feasibility PD – upgrading buildings. We Wüstenrot insurance ( KAMI PROFIT, Ltd. ) 5/24/2013 forwarded site as the winning contractor through a competitive process.

Range reconstruction work was as follows :
It was a complete and comprehensive reconstruction of the original building to building of modern features and technologies, but with the charm of the past.
The original fully furnished (except furniture and production facilities) administrative and production building company Kožatex we dismantle all installations of central heating boiler technology, starting and ending radiators, air-conditioning and refrigeration technology, including electrical lighting fixtures and terminal elements, original furnishings sanitary, ceramic tiles, flooring coating, dividing interior design and original ceilings. The reconstruction will also address the replacement of original windows with new aluminum high teplnoizolačnými properties , additional insulation of the roof structure, insulation and facade renovation throughout, so that the original freight cost structures become low- energy building up on passive energy needs supplied with energy certificate “B”. The external, but also internal design meets high demands on appearance and also easy maintenance . All areas of administrative buildings are heated and cooled with automatic control . A newly created and restrooms are implemented in higher standards of administrative buildings hl.city . The building replaced the original unsatisfactory for new passenger lift. Original inconsistent renderings are replaced with new plaster in combination with separating constructions drywall and ceilings. Floor coverings are implemented to meet investor demands and visions and future tenants. Designed a new installation create a comfortable space for both work – administrative part and the rest – coffee.
