Basic information:

On the landed property, situated on the corner of Trnavská and Slnečnicová street, is going to be build object of a citizen amenities – a grocery store. It is about the importance of local amenities, which will be mainly for citizens from that particular district. The goods from the grocery store BILLA will expand already existing goods from other grocery stores in Bernolákovo.

In addition, there will be build also parking places and concrete compacted areas. There will be 65 parking places at the landed property of BILLA. The freight approach is going to be connected to a newly built approach road at that location.

The grocery store is designed as a one-storey, without a basement floor with an area of roof with attics. The pheriperal walls are from metallic sandwich panels in different shades of grey colour. In the main entrance are aluminum glazed walls with a clear glazing.

The object is formed mainly by a sale area, that forms a unitary space without a dispositional segmentation. In the front area is a divided part for a vestibule and a office room. In the back part are rooms for employees – changing rooms, washrooms, WC, living room and reception rooms for handling and storage of goods including cooling and frozen storage rooms and preparation rooms of goods.
