Description of activity: We perform the activity of a general contractor for an apartment complex in Vesc, which consists of five apartment buildings and one underground garage. Our responsibility includes managing the construction process and coordinating subcontractors. A total of 58 housing units will be created here with an attractive view of Liberec and Ještěd Hill. The exterior is designed to include greenery and a relaxation zone that will provide residents with a pleasant environment to relax.
