Scope of work:
Blocks BC and D are a part of the multifunctional complex Rudiny II Žilina. The block B has got 7 floors, the block C 6 floors and the block D 9 floors altogether. The first and the second floor of the objects are designed as space for rent, parking space and mechanical rooms. There are individual housing units from the 3rd up to the 9th floor with a staircase and a lift, while there are 25 housing units in the object B, 24 housing units in the object C and 25 housing units in the object D. The objects are built on large diameter piles and are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete frames with filling masonry. The top part of the objects ends with a flat roof and there are private front yard gardens for the flats above the second floor over the parking space. Roads and parking lots for customers and flat owners are also a part of the object.
