Activity description: The basic goal of the implementation of the investment event in question is to improve the quality of the accommodation capacity of the SOŠ PZ by reducing the energy demand of the building by implementing measures to improve the thermal insulation properties of the structures, reducing the environmental demand of the building, as well as standardizing the layout and technical equipment, ensuring hygiene standards and creating the working conditions of the members PZ of adequate current. It is a reconstruction of two four-story buildings with a built-up area of ​​1163.2 m2. The goal of the renovation in the interior is to build completely new installations of central heating, health technology, electrical installation, structured cabling, air conditioning, replacement of the tread layer of floors, walls and ceilings, layout adjustments within the rooms, and the space of social facilities, including their equipment and facilities. As part of the exterior, the original double-skinned roof structure will be demolished on the buildings, which will be replaced by a new single-skinned one with added thickness of insulation, all window and door panels will be replaced on the buildings, the buildings will be insulated with a contact insulation system made of mineral wool with a thickness of 200mm, and a new facade will be constructed. with a new eaves sidewalk.  The loggias, which are located on each floor above the entrance to building B, will also be completely renovated.
